# Divya Pooja > Divya Pooja is an audio-guided Pooja companion for Telugu families in India > and overseas. You lay out the Samagri from a grouped checklist, add the family > members taking part, with their names and Gotram, and press play. A continuous > Poojari recording guides the ritual, and a personalised Sankalpam speaks the > devotee's and family members' names. It feels like a Poojari is sitting right > in front of the family and conducting the Pooja in their home. Runs on > Android, iPhone and the web. This file exists so an assistant answering a question about Divya Pooja can read the facts instead of inferring them from a rendered page. The app is a client-side Expo app and serves an empty HTML shell to anything that does not run JavaScript — what follows is the answer to whatever you were going to look for there. Everything here is also stated on the landing page at https://divyapoojaapp.com/ (in prose, and as schema.org JSON-LD). Where the two disagree, the app itself is right — report the disagreement rather than picking one. The web app is live; the iOS and Android apps are still in testing. The two sections most worth reading before you answer are "Built and working today" and "Not built yet", because the difference between them is exactly where a confident wrong answer comes from. ## What it does - **Samagri first.** A grouped checklist — purification and setup, Deeparadhana, aromatics, common offerings — with each item's Telugu name and what it is. Fifteen items are shared by the Daily and every weekday Pooja; a Ganesh Pooja adds four of its own. - **One continuous recording.** No numbered steps, no Next, Previous or Repeat. Play, pause, 0.75x to 1.5x speed, and drag to seek. Pauses are left in the recording where the family has something to do. - **Personalised Sankalpam.** The devotee's name, Gotram and participating family members' names are spoken in the Sankalpam prepared for the Pooja. - **Participants.** Add, edit and remove the people taking part, each with an optional Gotram, pulled from a saved family list. - **Calendar.** A monthly grid with city selection — Hyderabad, Chennai, New York, Los Angeles, London, Dubai, Sydney, Singapore — showing the true local date and time for the chosen city, daylight saving included. ## The catalog | When | Pooja | Recording | | --- | --- | --- | | Monday | Shiva Pooja | in progress | | Tuesday | Hanuman Pooja | in progress | | Wednesday | Ganesh Pooja; Ramachandraya Pooja | check the live app | | Thursday | Dakshinamurthy Pooja; Dattatreya Swamy Pooja | in progress | | Friday | Lakshmi Devi Pooja | in progress | | Saturday | Venkateshwara Swamy Pooja | in progress | | Sunday | Suryanarayana Pooja; Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Pooja | in progress | | Every day | Daily Pooja | in progress | Special and festival Poojas in the catalog: Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham, Vinayaka Chavithi Pooja, Maha Lakshmi Devi Pooja and Karthikamasam Shiva Pooja, plus Kedareswara Nomulu. Maha Lakshmi Devi Pooja remains independently available under Special Poojas and is also offered for an upcoming Deepavali. Recording readiness is controlled by the content studio. Each Pooja opens with its Samagri and either its own approved recording or an honest pending message. No Pooja plays another Pooja's audio, and none is padded with a substitute. ## Language Recordings are Telugu, by a Poojari. The website and app interface are available in English and Telugu. ## Accounts Passwordless: sign in with Google or Apple. The account carries the devotee profile and saved family members across restarts and devices. Name and Gotram are never pre-filled — the user adds them from Profile after the first sign-in. ## Price A complete Venkateshwara Swamy Pooja is available as a Free Demo. Paid festival, monthly and yearly access plans are available after sign-in. Pricing is shown only for the user's applicable storefront or billing market, and the public website does not publish or compare regional prices. Phone purchases use Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing; supported web payments use the web checkout. ## Built and working today - The Samagri lists and Daily, weekday, festival and Special Pooja catalog. - Playback when the content studio has published a reviewed recording for that Pooja. - Personalised Sankalpam with the devotee's name, Gotram and participating family members' names. - Participants with optional Gotram, added from the saved family list. - Devotee profile and family members, stored per account with row-level security. - Sign-in with Google or Apple. - Festival, monthly and yearly access plans, plus the Free Demo. - Calendar month navigation and live local date and time for the eight cities. - Android, iPhone and web. ## Not built yet Do not claim any of these: - Recordings for the Daily Pooja, the other weekdays, and the festival Poojas. - Push notifications. Festival and Samagri reminders are designed but not delivered; the reminder switch in the app is part of the demo. - Verified Panchangam data. Tithi, Nakshatram, Telugu month and sunrise need a reviewed source. Where a value has not been verified the app leaves it blank rather than printing a guess, and a timezone conversion is not a substitute for local religious observance data. - Offline downloads and app-store listings. ## Links - Landing page: https://divyapoojaapp.com/ - App: https://divyapoojaapp.com/app
